Let’s cut to the chase, if you are a golfer, you need to be pivoting your training, not pausing.


However if you can afford to pause, then by all means, pause.

Whether you are just starting off as a golfer with fitness training or have been in the game for a long time but have lost your zest, keep reading. Not a golfer with big dreams? Carry on scrolling. ⁣


Here is one Q I get often in my STRONG GOLFER program:⁣ “Coach Lizzy, how do I get stronger & hit further without losing mobility” ⁣

Firstly, you’re probably looking at golf training that just highlights the wrong context. Why should you compare boo? When you understand that you are actually training TRANSFORMATION, everything begins to change for your body & your game. That’s exactly what happened to my clients their game.

Getting yourself a TPI screening & doing a golf warming up is a great start, but without working through the movements that your body needs the most, and without believing that you can CHANGE your athletic capabilities, no matter how good you are with your swing technique or 5 minute plank holds, your game will be flat.


And I hear you, golf fitness training can be scary & being a golfer who focuses as much of their training time on the physical aspect in the off season can be absolutely terrifying. But NOW is the time to be bold, daring & courageous. ⁣
