What is golf fitness?


Golf Fitness...



Is about enhancing the body’s full capability and capacity to create explosive one sided rotational swings while being under a lot mental pressure, to be done intermittently over a period of around 4 hours while being in tune with the body’s unique needs/situation.


And in today’s highly competitive field:

preferably with a club head speed much faster than ones competitor.


Golf fitness is not:


X making golf swings in the gym

X doing fitness on the golf course

X swinging with 2 clubs




How to begin with golf fitness? Start by applying a solid pre round/training specific warming up. You can download my poster free of charge HERE. The benefits of a simple yet highly effective warming up are proven to increase distance of the tee but also to reduce changes of overuse injuries.



There’s been a huge shift in the way my athletes prepare + approach + integrate golf fitness and I couldn’t be more proud of them!


I love being on the sidelines to see all this awesomeness translate from the gym or yoga mat to the golf course!
