Recover like the pro's? I use this powerful tool.

Hi Golfer,

If you don’t listen to the messages of your body, you’ll become a candidate for injuries. The body won’t sustain those smaller health issues or pains for a long time, until one day we’ll have a way bigger problem and the body screams loud. That's why one of my main messages in my coaching always comes back to cultivating body awareness.

The other day my golf client Sandra (a courageous business woman), who was struggling with migraines on the course and extreme fatigue due to chronic stress, told me how her daily routines & practices made her so much more aware of her posture during golf and especially during the day. She was able to notice early on her increase in breathing, tightness in the neck, a collapsed chest & rounded shoulders. This helped her immediately to act by resetting her posture, hydrating and do some simple stretches so she never got that full-blown migraine anymore! ⠀

Recovery Training

As for me, I listen very carefully when my body tells me to slow down and implement a recovery session (preferably yoga by the beach with my Golden Retriever followed by a warm cup of herbal tea). It not only restores my mental clarity but my overal feeling of energy is through the roof afterwards. On recovery days, I make sure to take inflammatory reducing supplements like MSM, Kurkuma & lately also StaminaPro Active Recovery Patches. I’ve experienced that they all helped to reduce my lower back aches in such a short time!

My number one exercise

"What's your number one exercise?" is something I often get asked by golfers and I can't even begin to explain that even if there was one perfect exercise, it still wouldn't matter if you don't recover well. In my opinion any good training program focuses on recovery first. A great recovery training is essential in any golf fitness program wether you're a total beginner or a professional. Professionals like Justin Rose & Tony Finau are optimising their golfgame by active recovery tools. There are luckily many types of natural recovery methods for both the body & mind that are perfect to add to your golf training:

- meditation

- supplementation

Feeling confident again

The Stamina Pro patches especially came in super handy when I was coaching my Golf Yoga Retreat in Spain because I didn't actually have the time to fully recover and demanded quite a bit of my body. Every morning before our vitalising sunrise session I placed one patch on my lower back. So even when I was coaching golfyoga, I knew my muscle fibres & connective tissue were being restored. But more importantly, I felt it! Typically my lower back aches when I've been sitting for too long, when I sleep in a different bed or when I'm feeling a bit stressed. But as the days went on, the ache around my waist disappeared and I felt more confident when demonstrating postures and movement techniques to my clients.

Recover faster

They are easy applicable patches that are loaded with powerful natural minerals and vital vitamins that help get rid of inflammation and support a natural balance in the body. Now I integrate them into my daily yoga & lifting training sessions and when I'm at work coaching or even while in meetings. Which saves me so much time because I don't have to wait until I'm home. Also, if I feel anything off during a session (hence the body awareness is so so crucial), I place one patch on my painful area and has me covered right away. Of course, if you are very new to strength, yoga or golf training I advice you to also be very mindful about the movement that might have caused the pain and seek out expert advice as well. And ladies, if there is one thing every month that can (but shouldn't) stand in the way of our overall energy, it's our period. Lately, I've been using the patches on my lower stomach and it reliefs so many of my menstrual cramps!! The bonus is that they absolutely have no side effects and are super natural. Just be prepared to feel great again, move with confidence and recover faster!

Innate natural healing

"STAMINAPRO patches use Energy Medicine Technology to deliver the power of more than 200 natural constituents known to reduce inflammation. Less inflammation leads to faster recovery and ultimately better performance. Electrons are imprinted into the patch and work naturally with your body’s own electric field to activate the innate natural healing energies that relieve pain and restore balance."

Nerds like me ?

"Each patch contains 5.2 x 10^19 molecular structures per square inch, each with 2 oxygen polar bonding areas capable of holding a targeted, host electron, creating a total possible charging capacity equal to 10.4 x 10^19 host electrons per square inch. After considering the average transmission field voltage of humans (200 micro volts) we can calculate the relative capacity, per square inch of patch, at 333 Pico Farads."

The patches ingredients include: Amino Acids, Activators, Adaptogens, Antioxidants, Arnica, ATP, B-Complex, BCAAs, Beet Root, Bioperine, Boswellia, CoQ10, Curcumin, Enzymes, Glutathione, Green Tea Extract, Hops, L-Glutamine, Lavender, Leucine, Magnesium, MSM, Olive Leaf, Omega-3, Polyphenols, Telomerase, Turmeric, Vitamin D, Vitamins & Minerals.

If you’re anything like me and are dedicated to improve your fitness, golf and overall health through the most effective, science based and natural methods, I see added value of using stamina pro in your training. Order a free sample pack here.
