Training: The devil is in the details.

The devil is in the details.
But so are the benefits.

My number one tip for you this off season would be this.

Be precise in:

- Set up

- Breathing

- Form & alignment

during all exercises of your training.

Decide to embrace these details.

Choose this perspective over:

- Rushing through movements

- Reps and high intensity intervals

- Moving without awareness

- Daily WODs

- Making sweat & soreness the number one goal

- Non personalised programming

- Too quick, too much load of variety in exercises (because it looks cool)

Have some patience too.

I know, and all of my mentors and elite world class performance coaches support this, that one approach has 0 value. The other could mean your breakthrough.

It’s a choice. And once you decide to place microscopic attention to quality in the details, you’re 10-0 ahead.
