How To Have A Strong Golf Summer




Golf fitness isn't just about the exercises.

Golf fitness doesn't end in the gym.

It's a mindset,

a lifestyle,

an energy.

It's in the way we carry ourselves on & off the course.

So here are 4 examples in which strong golfers live that lifestyle on the course:

  • In between shots: they walk tall, have positive body language and keep their eyes on the horizon.

  • In between holes: they take sips of water.

  • At the end of the round and before sitting in the clubhouse: they do the Cool Down Fundamental Routine.

  • Throughout their whole round: they don't carry their bag but use a trolley.

These simple pro(active) strategies allow them to fully enjoy summer golf while adding yards and years to their game.

Key takeaway:

Once golfers are done with gym training, many become passive, especially on the course. And there's just so much potential to be unlocked once we get off the mat or leave the gym. Being proactive about our physical state on the golf course is so easy. And if there's one thing that we all know: golf is complicated enough, keep it simple.
